ARK’s Vibratory Z-Vibe® Tran-Quill® Writing Kit

ARK's Tran-Quill® Writing Kit is a sensory kit that can be used to improve a variety of handwriting skills, particularly for individuals with sensory integration issues and/or poor fine motor control. The vibration, textured surface, and weight of the handle provide increased sensory input and proprioceptive feedback to the hand during writing tasks. This can improve focus, normalize writing speed, increase hand strength and dexterity, and/or decrease the grip force used to hold a pen or pencil.

The Butter Pencil Grips provide support to the finger muscles for individuals with decreased fine motor and hand strength and encourage an open web space for those who tend to hyperextend their fingers. Pen, pencil, and crayon tips are included for varying fine motor work.

It is an ideal kit for home, school, hospital or clinic use.

• 1 x Z-Vibe Vibrating Handle (Royal Blue)
• 3 x Pen Tip Attachments (Black Ink)
• 1 x Pencil Tip Adapter with 6 Small Pencils
• 1 x Crayon Tip Adapter with 6 Crayons (Various Colours)
• 2 x Butter Grips in Magenta and Royal Blue
• 1 x Battery (already installed in the handle)
• 1 x Large Transparent Storage Case

All of the items will fit inside the storage case

Ordering - One kit is supplied, the contents of which are stated above. The items cannot be substituted.

Important Safety Information

This Kit is NOT a toy. They are therapeutic tools intended to be used by a professional therapist (or by parents trained by their therapist). The kit contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard - direct adult supervision is required at all times. To turn the unit on, twist the Switch Tip into the handle *just* until it starts to vibrate (please do not over tighten). Please note that the battery is a special Z-Vibe battery, not sold in stores. The handle can be wiped clean with a disinfecting spray. The tools can be washed in warm, soapy water or placed in the top rack of a dishwasher.
