This Tangle Series has small pieces that can be pulled apart and then clipped back together. For this reason, it is not suitable for children under 3 years old as these small parts can create a choking hazard.

I love the texture of this tangle, and it is perfect for my sensory needs as an autistic woman. It feels amazing, and it immediately calms me down. Its like a massage for your hands, and it gives me tingles, or should I say tangles, up my arms. I can't put it down, and my cat likes it too.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a disabled adult, as I felt fidgets might be soothing and enjoyable for them. I’ve had tangles for a while and really enjoy them myself. I hadn’t seen this one before, but was pretty sure they’d enjoy the texture. The tangle segments each have a little tube covering that feels like smooth soft silicone, covered in little short soft hair like strands. They adored the soft tickly sensation and the posable nature of the tangle within. It’s their current favourite out of all the items I bought them and is seeing regular use.
The downsides are, that like other silicone like products, it can pick up hair and dust, but it should be easy to clean as the rubber is not the sticky kind. And possibly the little hairs could be pulled off, I would monitor anyone who is using this that could be inclined to chew on it or pull the hairs too hard. But apart from that I would recommend it to anyone who might like this kind of texture.

The little rubber hairs are a bit strange at first but the sensory feeling of them is absolutely lovely! It's pliable, like all Tangle products, and gives a unique, tactile sensation.
