Good whilst it lasted!

This tangle was really nice while it stayed intact, but it snapped off in the connector piece and was then no longer usable as it wasn't connected. The snapped plastic stayed in the attached green piece and couldn't be removed - I tried with tweezers,, pliers and a screwdriver but to no avail - eventually I ended up removing it from my phone case as it was essentially useless. Had it not snapped, I imagine I would have continued to love this phone tangle. It lasted for about three weeks before the snap.
