These are amazing. I have a granddaughter who picks her skin. I gave her one of these and she used it at school. She stopped picking her skin instantly. The wiggly wristband is bald and she has her second one now. I also work in a school and have been using these for children that have adhd and anxiety. I completely recommend them from a personal point of view and from an education settings point of view.
