Our dual-sided, silicone mood band is ideal for children to wear at all times whether at school or at home. It is discreet and allows a child to communicate their feeling in a non-verbal, visual manner. Ideal for alerting teaching staff or friends about their emotional state.

The wearer can flip the wristband to show how they are feeling -

Green side – feeling happy, comfortable, able to talk or listen, OK
Red side – feeling unhappy, anxious, sad, upset, not OK, leave me alone or wanting some time out

The mood band comes in two sizes, making it suitable not only for children but for teenagers and adults too. Mood bands are ideal for children and adults with additional needs, Autism, SPD, ADHD, sensory issues or any difficulties with verbal communication. Also suitable for those who have mental health issues, dementia or may have had a stroke. It can be used within education, at work or in care home settings.

Sizing – available in two sizes -

Small – 18.0cm band length x 1.2cm deep x 0.2cm thick (child size)
Large – 20.2cm band length x 1.2cm deep x 0.2cm thick (older child or adult size)

We purchased these bands for myself and my husband to give our children a visual aid to see when they are pushing our boundaries . Our children wear them too to indicate how they are feeling after a day at school or waking up on the wrong side of the bed so to speak. We've found our household is a much calmer place to be since using these.

Green is good I'm happy, yes you can have a treat etc.
Red is I'm getting cross if I have to repeat myself there may be a consequence (e.g. no screen time etc)
